1) Acceptance of terms

By using our website or contacting us for tours/services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2) About our services

We provide travel information and may offer tour/trek packages, custom itineraries, and travel-related support. Trip availability, prices, and inclusions may change.

3) Inquiries, quotes, and bookings

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking.
Any quote we provide is subject to availability and may include specific inclusions/exclusions.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us and (if required) you pay the deposit/full amount.

4) Pricing, payments, and taxes

Prices may be shown in [NPR/USD/EUR] and may exclude bank fees, card fees, or currency conversion charges.
Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, park fees, permits, or government charges not included in the package.

5) Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Customer cancellations

Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the trip start date you cancel.
Refunds (if any) may exclude non-refundable items (permits, tickets, third-party deposits, bank fees).

Changes by customer

Date changes or itinerary adjustments may result in additional charges.

Changes/cancellations by us

We may modify or cancel a trip due to safety, weather, local conditions, minimum group sizes, or other reasons. If we cancel, we will offer (as applicable) rescheduling, an alternative, or a refund according to what is feasible and fair.

6) Travel risks and responsibility

Trekking and adventure travel involve risks (altitude, weather, terrain, illness, delays). By booking or participating, you acknowledge:

You are responsible for assessing your fitness and suitability
You will follow guide instructions and local laws
You may be required to sign additional waivers before departure

7) Insurance

We strongly recommend (and for some treks may require) travel insurance that covers:

Medical treatment and evacuation (including helicopter rescue where relevant)
Trip cancellation/interruption
Lost baggage and personal items
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate coverage.

8) Health and medical disclosures

You agree to provide accurate health information that could affect safety (e.g., heart/lung conditions, severe allergies) and to inform us of changes before the trip.

9) Passports, visas, permits, and compliance

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visas) and meeting entry requirements. We can provide general guidance but cannot guarantee immigration outcomes.

10) Client behavior

We may refuse service or remove a participant (without refund) for behavior that is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, illegal, or disrupts others.
